At Norm Stamping, our modern machinery enables stamping operations, deburring, heat treatment, sorting, coating, and packaging using advanced technology. This ensures high-quality, reliable production at every stage of the manufacturing process.
Our company delivers high-volume production of parts with diverse geometries, utilizing progressive presses with capacities ranging from 80 to 400 tons to meet our partners’ requirements. Thanks to our advanced press lines, precision tooling, and multi-stage (multi-station) production processes, even the most complex component geometries can be manufactured with high efficiency, repeatable accuracy, and consistent quality.
During manufacturing, a deburring process is applied to remove sharp edges and burrs that may occur on part surfaces after cutting and forming operations. This process is carried out to enhance both user safety and product quality, and is performed either manually or through automated systems in line with the specific requirements of our business partners.
Heat treatment processes are implemented to achieve mechanical properties in line with customer requirements. Quenching and tempering operations are carried out on fully automated lines, with process parameters continuously monitored and controlled to ensure that the targeted hardness and strength values are reliably achieved.
Fully automated sorting machines are employed to ensure dimensional compliance. Equipped with camera-assisted measurement systems, these machines perform 100% inspection according to the tolerances specified by our partners, and only products meeting the specifications are shipped. This ensures production is carried out according to a “zero-defect” principle.
Our coating processes are carried out by Norm Coating, a subsidiary of Norm Holding. Part surfaces are treated with various coating methods to enhance corrosion resistance and meet both aesthetic and engineering requirements. The main coatings applied include zinc, zinc flake, and zinc-aluminum flake systems (such as Dörken, Geomet, and Magni), ensuring durable, high-quality finishes.
Products are packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes according to our partners’ standards and prepared for shipment on Euro pallets. Each box is labeled with detailed information, including technical specifications, production lot number, and other traceability data. This practice provides significant advantages for post-shipment quality tracking and ensures high customer satisfaction.
